Most programs are self-paced with guided structure, so you can move through them in a way that respects your energy and life rhythm.
However, we often offer live group coaching cycles or optional upgrades for private support.
This hybrid approach gives you both freedom and connection.
Each course description will clearly note if live support is available.
Is this work suitable if I’m currently in therapy or healing trauma?
Absolutely—and gently.
Inspired Living is designed to complement therapy, not replace it.
As a trauma-informed coach, I create emotionally safe spaces where you’re never rushed, judged, or pushed into discomfort. Many of my clients work with therapists alongside these programs.
