Tess is not a one-size-fits-all kind of coach. Her coaching is very personalized which helped me a lot.  I’m a spiritual person, I loved that the coaching was Christ-centered and this is where I had most of my ah-ha moments. Of course, if someone isn’t comfortable with that, Tess would never push that on anybody. Tess is thoughtful, loving, sweet, and loves helping others. Her attributes are what make her a great and special coach! My personal life and business have grown with Tess’ coaching and I highly recommend her!
